(don’t be fooled by the rock abs that you’ve got, this class can be challenging and sweat)

Gymnastic class

This class focuses on developing body control, coordination, and strength through advanced gymnastic movements. Athletes will work on skills like pull-ups, chest to bar, handstands, muscle-ups, pistol squats and ring work, alongside progressions and drills to improve technique.

Weightlifting – Technique

Dial in your lifts with a session focused on precision, control, and consistency. This class breaks down the snatch, clean & jerk, and foundational strength lifts with step-by-step coaching to improve timing, balance, and bar path. Expect skill drills, mobility work, and personalized feedback to help you move more efficiently and confidently under the bar.


Perfect for athletes looking to level up their lifting IQ and translate better movement into bigger lifts. Just know that time spent under a pvc pipe or an empty barbell holding positions can hurt and burn even more than any lifting… You have been warned – with coach Julien


Weightlifting – Barbell Cycling


Build raw power and barbell endurance in this high-energy, strength-driven session. You’ll work through controlled sets of squats, pulls, and Olympic lift variations designed to develop speed, stability, and smooth barbell flow. 


With a focus on pacing, consistency, and efficient transitions, this class helps you handle heavy loads and maintain form under fatigue. Get ready to move fast, lift heavy, and feel unstoppable when the workout calls for cycling the barbell – with coach Shaun

Hyrox


Train like an athlete and race like a machine. This class blends endurance, strength, and functional fitness in the signature HYROX style — combining running intervals with tough workout stations like sled pushes, sled pulls, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls. Expect to challenge your engine, build resilience, and develop pacing strategies that translate directly to competition day.


Each session is designed to sharpen both your aerobic capacity and muscular endurance while reinforcing smart transitions and efficient movement under fatigue. Whether you’re chasing a podium finish or just want to test your fitness across multiple domains, HYROX training delivers the perfect mix of grit, grind, and performance. We offer 4 classes per week, two focused on strength and two on cardio/endurance for Hyrox – with coach Boris & Shaun

Endurance class

An endurance-focused session designed to push your cardiovascular and muscular stamina to the limit. This class includes a mix of long-duration efforts, interval training, and aerobic conditioning exercises such as running, rowing, biking, and bodyweight movements.

The emphasis is on sustaining high levels of performance over extended periods, improving both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. - with Coach Max
