Then it was actually my visits to White Bull whenever I was in Brussels for work that inspired me to take the L1 and start playing with the idea of coming back here as a coach. “I started CrossFit 8 years ago, got obsessed with lifting heavy but ignored the basics… and my shoulder had the last word. But I learned my lesson. My best friend, Julien, dragged me back 2 years ago. And I had to go back to zero: focus on technique, core and progressivity. And it worked out well ! We did a Hyrox Double Pro in Nice this February in 1h16. My thing? Technique first, intensity will follow. Good foundations for everyone, at every level. Real progress, without shortcuts and team spirit. I want to bring all of that into my coaching. I truely believe that CrossFit is my best way to feel “forever young”.

‘I started judo when I was 4 years old and practiced it for 20 years. I was also a full-time judo teacher for 3 years. I started to travel a lot thanks to my studies and turned to running and the gym. I had been curious about CrossFit for many years and finally decided to try it out during the summer of 2024 and instantly fell in love with it. I find a lot of similarities with judo: it requires a good mix of cardio, strength, and very small details that make a huge difference in your technique. I am now excited to get back to teaching and share my knowledge and experience with everyone!’
