Hyrox

White Bull Crossfit is now affiliated with the sport of Hyrox, making our box an official Hyrox Training Club led by one of the first Hyrox Performance coaches in belgium.

Hyrox is a competitive fitness race that combines endurance, functional fitness, and strength-based exercises in a standardized format, designed for athletes of all levels. The race consists of eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by a workout station, making a total of eight running segments and eight workout challenges. These challenges test a wide range of physical abilities and typically include exercises like sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.

Hyrox is unique because it blends cardio and strength tasks in a consistent structure, allowing athletes to track their performance across events. It's held in a variety of cities around the world, and the consistency of the event format creates an accessible entry point for amateur fitness enthusiasts while providing a tough challenge for elite athletes. This mix of endurance and functional fitness has helped it grow in popularity among those looking for a new, varied test of their physical abilities. It has of course also gained popularity amongst the CrossFit community in particular.

To sign-up, there are 2 options:

  •  If you hold an unlimited membership, hyrox classes are part of your subscription and you can freely access them by booking the same way you do your crossFit classes
  •  If you don't hold a membership, or hold a limited membership, and would only like to attend Hyrox sporadically, ou can buy the "Hyrox Add-on" under the membership section. This costs 20€ / month and gives you access to 5 sessions monthly or the 10-sessions punch card for 150€, with no expiration date.
