"It all started in 2009. After years of competing in football, I discovered my new passion for Crossfit. I used to train in traditional gyms where people thought I was crazy. I got my certification and started coaching immediately. As one of the first Crossfit coaches in Belgium, I discovered the pleasure of helping people become the best version of themselves through sport. At the same time I started competing at an elite level (Lowlands, Italian Throwdown, Athens Throwdown, Central Europe, Canary Gone Bad, German Throwdown, Bataglia di Milano,...) which allowed me to travel and meet the best athletes and coaches in Europe. I began coaching Athletes to compete at all levels of the sport of Crossfit. Today, I am convinced that competition not only reveals one’s character, it builds it.”

“Hey there! I'm a certified & enthusiast CrossFit coach. After years of athletic adventures in the world of fitness, yoga and running, I found my true passion in CrossFit. I’m a big believer in not just physical gains but boosting mental strength and overall well-being. I see coaching as a way to help people grow and improve everyday, not only inside but especially outside the gym. Specialised in shouting encouragement and pumping up the energy, I'm all about that balance between health and fun, technique and sweat… but I've got a soft spot for mobility and yoga too… because if you can lift heavy but not touch your toes…is it even worth it? Let's crush it together!”
