"My main focus as a trainer is to bring balance to our members' life. CrossFit should be more than just exercising - it is a way to improve your life through many different aspects. I love gymnastics and endurance work, and I also specialise in Nutrition"
“Through my various life adventures in arts, media, business and of course fitness, I have always ultimately strived to connect and establish relationships, mostly because I’m clumsy, probably because I’m mediocre and need the support. I cherish that connection as a passionate Crossfit Coach. The impact of CrossFit on everyday life is undeniable, whether improving your approach to projects, family-life, a creative hobby or giving you that extra boost, confidence and energy, dealing with stress and always wanting to be the best version of yourself. Whatever you do, do it while smiling, singing and dancing because CrossFit is so much more than fitness, it’s a love for life. I love training and I definitely love living and tunes”
“Hey there! I'm a certified & enthusiast CrossFit coach. After years of athletic adventures in the world of fitness, yoga and running, I found my true passion in CrossFit. I’m a big believer in not just physical gains but boosting mental strength and overall well-being. I see coaching as a way to help people grow and improve everyday, not only inside but especially outside the gym. Specialised in shouting encouragement and pumping up the energy, I'm all about that balance between health and fun, technique and sweat… but I've got a soft spot for mobility and yoga too… because if you can lift heavy but not touch your toes…is it even worth it? Let's crush it together!”
“With over 30 years of experience in the sports industry, i began my journey with artistic ice skating and gymnastics, followed by 8 years of classical ballet and my professional acrobat career that spanned 6 years, traveling the world and performing at the highest levels. This foundation laid the groundwork for a lifelong passion for body movements and sports. In the past 12 years, CrossFit has become a cornerstone of my fitness journey, sparking a deep interest in functional health and mental discipline. A firm believer in the power of neuro plasticity and seeing the limitless potential of the human mind. I come to understand that life is truly in our hands—with the mind playing the most crucial role in shaping our experiences and outcomes."
"I’ve been coaching CrossFit for the past year in New York, but my journey started back in Malta, where I played football. Transitioning from football to CrossFit, I discovered a passion for helping others get stronger, healthier, and reach their potential. In my spare time I try to be active in other sports such as hiking, rock climbing, and anything that would make me need a new pair of clothes 😅. I’m excited to bring my experience and energy to White Bull CrossFit and work with this incredible community!"
"I have been doing sports all my life, starting quite young (4 years old +/-). I tried many different activities including judo, tennis, athletics, swimming, football (soccer), windsurfing, rugby... I discovered CrossFit not so long ago, in 2021 with CrossFit 1789_bourgogne, and I fell in love with it. It is an “individual” sport, very thorough and varied, but experienced in a group setting, regardless of your level. As I enjoy socialising and sharing my experiences with the people around me, becoming a coach seemed like a fun and interesting option to me. So I completed the required training and was lucky enough to receive great support from the White Bull CrossFit team. I am delighted with my current experience of coaching. I can meet new people, build friendships, while bringing a dose of healthy entertainment which I hope, makes for a pleasant fitness experience during the various WODs. I am excited to be a part of the White Bull community and look forward to continuing to help everyone progress on their CrossFit journey."

My background in Artistic Gymnastics naturally led me to specialise in CrossFit Gymnastics Coaching in recent years. I am particularly fond of long team WODs that incorporate diverse movements and challenge all energy systems. Having practiced weightlifting myself for over five years, my desire is to share my experience and vision through tailored sessions in your box, helping you progress and enjoy every step of your journey. "I first started practising yoga as a way to complement my strength training (the stretching was much needed 😅), but quickly realised it offered much more than just physical benefits. That’s where my journey began. I’m a 580-hour certified yoga teacher with experience in Hatha, Iyengar, Integral Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I like to combine elements from these styles to create classes that improve mobility, recovery and focus, while helping people reconnect with their bodies in a mindful, approachable way. My teaching pays close attention to alignment and detail, always adapting to the needs of the person or group. My goal is simple: to make yoga accessible for everyone."
"I started my CrossFit journey in Cuba, of all places. Before that, I had played a bit of rugby, and when I stopped, I found myself missing the physicality of the sport and the sense of team that came with it. In CrossFit, I discovered all of that and a bit more: the physical and mental challenge, the strong sense of community, and that hour (or so) each day where you can fully focus on yourself and the people around you (gracias, piquete). Then it was actually my visits to White Bull whenever I was in Brussels for work that inspired me to take the L1 and start playing with the idea of coming back here as a coach. I’ve always been interested in movement, body mechanics, and how the body works, but it was the warm welcome, the amazing members, and the brilliant staff that really made me want to pursue the path of coaching. I began coaching a bit on the side back in Cuba — and now here I am, full circle, back in a place that feels like home. 'Josh Bridges was right; you get what you earn - unless it's the last slice of pizza, then it's first come, first served my friend'."
I am a former professional track and field athlete and multi-international medallist in the decathlon, where running played a central role in every discipline. With years of competitive experience and a degree in Sport Science, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching runners of all levels — from beginners taking their first steps to athletes chasing personal bests. As a running coach, my philosophy is: “Always better your best.” I believe in structured, progressive training that builds not only speed and endurance but also confidence and resilience. My goal is to help every runner discover the joy of running while reaching their full potential, step by step.
“I’ve pretty much done sports my whole life: black belt in Tae Kwon Do, 15 years of tennis, and now completely addicted to CrossFit. I’m a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, graduate in micronutrition and nutritherapy, and currently studying psychology at university. It helps me see how the body and mind work together, and why training can sometimes fix a lot more than we think. For me, health always comes first. And I believe CrossFit is one of the best tools for that: it brings energy, confidence, balance, and a good dose of humility too. My approach as a coach is simple: make sure you have a great time, push just enough, and leave with a smile (and maybe a few sore muscles)!” Quote: “Train hard, stay kind, and remember why you started.”
